There's a distinct pause for a moment. A pause which lasts maybe twenty seconds before Haruhi concludes... yes, she's curious, but no, she doesn't want to know. Not right now, anyway.

"It's fine. I'm Haruhi Suzumiya, and I guess we'll talk more eventually."

And with that, she closes the book, so as to not be tempted further.
